Specific career opportunities are defined below:

Fast growing and progressive sales training company serving the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device industries, seeks a Proposal Solutions Designer to coordinate and lead proposal development. Candidate must have a proven track record in instructionally designing, writing, and editing proposals.

The Proposal Solutions Designer will:

	Collaborate with the internal account management team on proposal development for training solutions
	Possess strong conceptual an organizational skills to manage the proposal process
	Create the framework for the proposed training program to include:
		Define the instructional objectives for the target audience
		Provide instructional direction to medical/technical/creative writers during the development process
		Define, review and instructionally edit proposal content and creative treatments to ensure that instructional design standards, content recommendations, and assessment strategies for specific training components meet the client’s objectives
		Work closely with the proposal project manager to define schedule and budget parameters
		Edit proposal documents to ensure quality and accuracy
	Travel for client-related meetings if necessary
	Possess excellent people skills along with a willingness to work as part of a team

The position will be a full-time salaried position with the flexibility to work from the corporate office or a home office. Salary is commensurate with experience and includes participation in health, dental, 401K, STD/LTD and life insurance plans.
