Informa’s training programs follow the classic “ADDIE” instructional design tenets of Assessment, Design, Development, Implementation, and
Evaluation. In partnership with our clients, we assess training needs, design
training programs to meet those needs, and develop programs to design
specifications. Once programs are implemented, we evaluate performance
and adapt future program roll-outs, as necessary.
In addition, we ensure that all our programs incorporate adult learning principles. We start with training goals, and then design pieces with respect to relevancy, practicality, learner motivation, appeal, interactivity, application, retention, and mixed learning styles.
