Sales Manager Workshop Series

WORKSHOPS INCLUDE:

Coaching for Marketplace Success: This program prepares sales managers to profile their marketplace, identify business opportunities, and coach their representatives on how to succeed based on the marketplace environment. (This program is also available in a web-based format.)
 
Allocating Resources to Maximize Return on Investment: This one-day workshop provides sales managers with a seven-step process for developing a resource allocation plan to ensure the maximum return based on financial and personnel investments.
 
Coaching through the Generation Gap: This half-day workshop is designed to help sales managers understand the unique concerns and characteristics of Veterans, Baby Boomers, Generation Xers, and Generation Yers and to apply that understanding when motivating, coaching, and evaluating their representatives.
 
Motivating Tenured Representatives: This one-day workshop provides sales managers with the skills to identify what motivates their tenured representatives, coach with an eye on those motivators, avoid complacency, and quantifiably improve performance.
 
Conflict Management: Toward a More Harmonious Workplace: This half-day workshop enables sales managers to resolve conflict among members of their sales team, improve working relationships, create more productive work teams, and promote acceptance of team decisions.
 
Business Etiquette for the Sales Environment: This half-day workshop provides sales managers with the skills to create a powerful business presence and interact appropriately with clients, superiors, and reports; and ultimately be remembered positively in and out of the workplace.
 
The Manager as a Coach: Active Listening and Feedback: This half-day workshop is designed to help sales managers serve as effective job coaches by providing the skills to actively listen to members of their sales teams, provide constructive feedback, develop their sales teams, increase productivity, and retain motivated employees.
 
Effective Facilitation: Achieving Results by Building Group Synergy: This half-day workshop is designed to help sales managers improve their facilitation skills to achieve greater group synergy and more productive outcomes. It also addresses the need for understanding the generational and cultural differences that affect communication and interaction in a team environment.
 
Working Together to Get Results: This one-day workshop provides sales and account managers with an understanding of how working together can improve sales and market share.
